These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Broke & Buzzed website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Our Service is intended for users who are at least 21 years of age. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. If we learn that a user under 21 has created an account, we will terminate that account immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Service Description

Broke & Buzzed is a price comparison platform that allows users to find the best prices on alcoholic beverages at local stores. We do not sell alcohol directly, and all purchases are made in-store from our partner retailers who are licensed to sell alcohol.

Our Service includes features such as:

• Price comparison across multiple stores
• Price alerts for specific products
• Cart creation for in-store purchase
• Store discovery and information

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Broke & Buzzed and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
